Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy)
Kakamigahara Aero Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KAE”) hereby sets forth the following Personal Information Protection Policy. KAE shall promote the protection of personal information by building systems for personal information protection, and ensuring that all of its employees thoroughly recognize the importance of, and carry out initiatives regarding, personal information protection.
Management of personal information
KAE shall keep the personal information of customers accurate and up-to-date, and shall strictly manage personal information by taking safety measures. KAE shall achieve this by taking the necessary measures in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and leakage regarding personal information, and these measures shall include maintaining security systems, developing management systems, and thoroughly educating employees.
Purpose of use of personal information
KAE shall use personal information that it has received from customers for the sending of e-mails and documents in order to communicate with customers, provide information on business operations, and respond to questions.
Prohibition of disclosure & provision of personal information to third parties
KAE shall appropriately manage personal information that it has received from customers, and shall not disclose personal information to third parties, with the exception of cases that correspond to any of the following situations.
Consent has been received from the customer.
The disclosure of the information to a subcontractor has become necessary in order to perform a service that has
been
requested by the customer.
Disclosure has become necessary based on laws and ordinances.
Safety measures regarding personal information
KAE shall take thorough measures regarding security in order to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
Requests by customers for access to own personal information
If a customer requests access to, or the correction, deletion, etc. of his/her own personal information, KAE shall accommodate the request upon confirming the customer’s identity.
Observation of laws & ordinances and standards, and revisions
KAE shall observe the laws and ordinances of Japan and other standards that are applicable to the personal information in its possession, and it shall make revisions to the content of this Policy as necessary, and shall endeavor to make improvements regarding such.
